CX & loyalty software provider HTK has today been recognised as one of the top technology companies in the East of England.
The announcement came as part of the TechEast100 launch, an initiative to highlight and support leading tech companies across Norfolk and Suffolk. The TechEast100 recognises start-ups and scale-ups with high growth potential, as well as established market leaders.
The list is organised by TechEast, a not-for-profit organisation committed to accelerating the growth and amplifying the success of the digital tech economy.
TechEast100 companies were selected by a panel of 20 judges, representing local authorities, investors, universities and businesses from across Norfolk and Suffolk.
HTK is a long-standing member of the Ipswich tech scene, as well as an innovative player in the customer experience and loyalty industry. Their flagship platform, Horizon, is the technology behind loyalty programs such as Krispy Kreme Rewards and Texaco Star Rewards. HTK also provides personalised marketing software and services to a number of independent hotels, as well as O2 and Specsavers.
Marlon Bowser, CEO of HTK, said: We’re thrilled to be included in the TechEast100. The technology sector in the region is growing rapidly and has attracted a huge amount of investment in recent years.
TechEast has done a fantastic job in championing the tech sector in the region, as well as building a strong community of like-minded businesses. It’s an exciting time to be a tech company – especially in the East of England.â
