Loyalty software provider HTK has announced its inclusion in the latest report from Forrester. HTK was recognised as a Loyalty Technology Provider in Now Tech: Loyalty Marketing, alongside notable providers like SessionM and Oracle. This marks the third Now Tech report that HTK has featured in.
The yearly report provides brands with advice on selecting the right loyalty vendor for their needs and lists major players across tech platforms, service providers and hybrid solutions. With a strong offering in member data and profile management, performance measurement, and promotion management, HTK was classed as a loyalty technology provider.
In the report, Forrester analyst Emily Collins encourages brands to go look for innovation when selecting their solution, stating: Loyalty encompasses consumers’ actions and feelings. You need a provider that pushes your loyalty strategy beyond the usual points and discounts.
HTK CEO Marlon Bowser felt that focus on innovation aligned well with HTK’s ethos. He said: It was great to see Forrester’s focus on emerging loyalty strategies and capabilities that go beyond the traditional points-for-prizes model.
Things like measuring emotional loyalty and engaging customers beyond the transaction are fundamental to our approach, so we’re pleased to see the emphasis on new ways of building loyalty. We’re thrilled to be included in the Now Tech report yet again – it’s a testament to the breadth of our capability in this area.
